By creating an account or using Cardwell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Cardwell is operated by Cardwell Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
Cardwell is a gift card management platform that helps users track balances, receive expiration alerts, discover deals, and earn rewards. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Cardwell is a tracking and organizational tool. We do not issue, sell, or redeem gift cards. Balances, expiration dates, and other card details you enter are self-reported and may not reflect the actual status of your gift cards. You are solely responsible for verifying card information with the issuing retailer. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated card information stored in the Service.
Cardwell aggregates deal information from third-party sources including publicly available RSS feeds and retailer websites. Deal information is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or current validity of any deal, discount, or promotion displayed on the platform. Deals may expire, change, or become unavailable without notice. Always verify deal details directly with the retailer before making a purchase.
Affiliate Disclosure: Some links on Cardwell may be affiliate links. When you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the free tier of our Service. Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals are displayed or how they are ranked.
Cardwell offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. By subscribing to Premium, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at the time of purchase ($4.99/month or $39.99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have Premium access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial Premium purchase. To request a refund, contact support. Renewals are not eligible for refunds except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) upload malicious content or code.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by Cardwell Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
Trademark Notice: Cardwell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the retailers, brands, or merchants whose gift cards may be tracked using this Service. All retailer names, brand names, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes under nominative fair use. Cardwell does not issue, sell, redeem, or verify gift cards on behalf of any retailer.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDWELL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently erased after a 30-day grace period during which you may export your data or restore your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
